Special Issue on Automotive Engineering
Automotive engineering incorporates elements of mechanical, electrical, electronic, software and
safety engineering as applied to the design, manufacture and operation of
motorcycles, automobiles and trucks and their respective engineering
subsystems. It also includes modification of vehicles. Manufacturing domain
deals with the creation and assembling the whole parts of automobiles is also
included in it. The automotive engineering field is research -intensive and
involves direct application of mathematical models and formulas. The study of
automotive engineering is to design, develop, fabricate, and testing vehicles
or vehicle components from the concept stage to production stage.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on automotive engineering. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:
-
Safety engineering
-
Fuel economy
-
Vehicle electronics
-
Durability and corrosion
-
Efficiency of diesel engine
-
Kinematics and dynamics of
vehicles
-
Mechanical analysis and
optimization
-
Design of emergency braking
-
Software components of automotive
system
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Automotive
engineering” should be chosen during your submission.
