Special Issue on Economic Geography

Economic geography is the study of the location, distribution and spatial organization of economic activities across the world. Economic geography has taken a variety of approaches to many different subject matters, including the location of industries, economies of agglomeration, transportation, international trade, development, real estate, gentrification, ethnic economies, gendered economies, core-periphery theory, the economics of urban form, the relationship between the environment and the economy, and globalization.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on economic geography. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Regional economic geography
• Geography of international trade
• Business cluster
• Urban economics
• Ethnic economies
• Location, distribution and spatial organization of economic activities

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
