Special Issue on Fermentation Engineering

Fermentation Engineering is a new technology that utilizes modern engineering techniques and certain specific functions of microorganisms to produces useful products for humans, or applies microorganisms directly to industrial production processes.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring Fermentation Engineering. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Breeding strain
• Preparation of medium
• Industrial fermentation      
• Fermentation conditions
• Ethanol fermentation and lactic acid fermentation
• Fermentation in food processing
• Hydrogen gas production in fermentation
• Separation and purification of products

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Fermentation Engineering” should be chosen during your submission.
