Special Issue on Power System Protection

Power system has developed into a modern system of trans-regional, transnational networking and highly automated operation. The rapid development of the power system and the application of new technologies also bring new challenges to the protection and control of power system. Although the design and operation of modern power grid technology have made great strides in recent years, it still cannot completely avoid the accident of the power grid collapse. Therefore, in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of modern power system, seeking for more effectual power grid protection and control measures to maintain the safe and stable operation of the power system, is a very critical task in the future. 

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring power system protection. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Power System Protection” should be chosen during your submission.
