Special Issue on Thyroid Cancer

Thyroid cancer is a type of endocrine cancer that occurs when abnormal cells begin to grow in the thyroid gland. It is relatively uncommon compared to other cancers. Many patients experience no symptoms, especially in the early stages. However, as the cancer develops, symptoms can include a lump or nodule in the front of the neck, swollen lymph nodes, difficulty speaking, swallowing or breathing, pain in the throat or neck, and so on.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Thyroid Cancer. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Anaplastic thyroid cancer
• Medullary thyroid cancer
• Papillary thyroid cancer
• Follicular thyroid cancer
• Thyroidectomy
• Radiation therapy
• Hormone therapy
• Chemotherapy

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Thyroid Cancer” should be selected during your submission.
