Call For Papers

Special Issue on Microwave Technology and Its Applications

Microwaves are radio waves with wave lengths ranging from as long as one meter to as short as one millimeter, or equivalently, with frequencies between 300 MHz and 300 GHz. Microwave technology has wide range of application areas. Various molecular, atomic, and nuclear resonances occur at microwave frequencies, creating a variety of unique applications in the areas of basic science, remote sensing, medical diagnostics and treatment, and heating methods. Today, the majority of applications of microwaves are related to radar and communication/telecommunication systems.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring microwave technology and its applications. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Microwave sources
  • Microwave technology
  • Microwave power
  • Microwave transmission
  • Microwave chemistry
  • Microwave applications

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Microwave Technology and Its Applications” should be selected during your submission.
