Special Issue on Cloud Computing
Cloud
computing is a type of Internet-based computing that provides shared computer
processing resources and data to computers and other devices on demand. It is a
model for enabling ubiquitous, on-demand access to a shared pool of
configurable computing resources (e.g., computer networks, servers, storage,
applications and services), which can be rapidly provisioned and released with
minimal management effort.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on exploring Cloud Computing. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Cloud computing architectures
-
Interoperability and integration of multiple
clouds
-
Cloud security, privacy and compliance
challenges
-
Programming models, applications and
middleware suitable for dynamic cloud environments
-
Tools, frameworks, and models for cloud
application development
-
Management of cloud resources, including
provisioning, monitoring, assessment
-
Green cloud computing
-
Big data on clouds
-
Standardization activity in clouds
-
Cloud economic and billing models
-
Experiences with existing cloud
infrastructure, services and uses
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully
before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of
their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Cloud
Computing” should be selected during your submission.
