Special Issue on Surgical Oncology

As a medical field, Surgery has been changing rapidly since the late 1800s, in large part thanks to the development of safe and effective anesthesia. Surgical oncology is a subspeciality of surgery that deals with the surgical treatment of various cancers. It focuses on the surgical management of tumors, especially cancerous tumors.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Surgical Oncology. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Breast cancer surgery
• Lung cancer surgery
• Gastric cancer surgery
• Sarcoma surgery
• Melanoma surgery
• Lymphadenectomy
• Gastrectomy

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Surgical Oncology” should be selected during your submission.
