Special Issue on
Photovoltaics, Solar Energy Materials and Technologies
Global environmental concerns and the
escalating demand for energy, coupled with steady progress in renewable energy
technologies, are opening up new opportunities for utilization of renewable
energy resources. Solar radiation is the renewable energy source with practically
unlimited access, attracting equal interest from both politicians and scientists.
Photovoltaics and solar energy technologies are the suitable ways to harness
the solar power. It involving materials chemistry, materials characterization,
device physics, as well as device, process and production technology.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring photovoltaics,
solar energy materials and technologies. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:
-
Organic Photovoltaics
-
Solar cells
-
Photothermal devices
-
Photoelectrochemical and photochemical devices
-
Photovoltaic, photothermal and photoelectrochemical solar energy conversion
-
Material properties and performance
-
Light control and energy systems
-
Applications
Authors
should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please
kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The
research field “Special Issue - Photovoltaics, Solar Energy Materials and
Technologies” should be selected during your submission.
