Special Issue on Materials Forming Technology
Composites are various engineered materials composed of two or more constituent materials which, when combined, lead to improved properties over the individual components. Materials forming technology including sheet forming, bulk forming, powder forming, forming in near-melt conditions, micro-forming, hydro-forming, thermo-forming, incremental forming etc. The goal of this Special Issue is to provide a platform for scientists worldwide to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of materials forming technology.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring materials forming technology. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Material Forming processes
-
Forming and shaping
-
Machining of composites
-
Materials forming mechanisms and materials characterisation
-
Modeling and simulation of material forming
-
Development of new forming technologies
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Materials Forming Technology” should be selected during your submission.
