Special Issue on Research on Antioxidants
Antioxidants are man-made or natural substances that may prevent or delay some
types of cell mange. Well known antioxidants include enzymes and other
substances, such as vitamin C, vitamin E, and beta carotene, which are capable
of counteracting the damaging effects of oxidation. Antioxidants have many
industrial applications, such as add to food and cosmetics products, and
prevent the degradation of rubber and gasoline.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring research
on antioxidants. Potential topics include, but are not
limited to:
-
Antioxidants and health effect
-
Antioxidant enzymes and vitamins
-
Superoxide dismutase
-
Oxidative challenge in biology
-
Pro-oxidant activities
-
Oxidative stress in disease
-
Applications of antioxidants
Authors
should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please
kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The
