Special Issue on Image Processing and Analysis
Image processing is a method to perform some operations on an image so as to get an enhanced image or to extract some useful information from it. Image processing includes digital, optical and analog image processing, of which digital image processing is more widely used for it allows the use of much more complex algorithms.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Image Processing and Analysis. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Analog image processing
-
Computer graphics
-
Digital image processing
-
Electronic imaging
-
Feature extraction
-
Graphics processing units
-
Image enhancement
-
Image mining
-
Image registration
-
Image sharpening and restoration
-
Magnetic resonance imaging
-
Medical imaging
-
Pattern recognition
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Image Processing and Analysis” should be selected during your submission.
