Call For Papers

 Special Issue on

Working, Jobs and Related Rights, Welfare & Pensions

A job is an activity, usually regular and performed in exchange for payment. A person can begin a job by becoming an employee, starting a business or becoming a parent. When the activity requires a person’s mental or physical effort, it is called work. How to deal with the workplace conflict? What is the current situation for the disabled workers? How about the workers’ right, welfare and pensions?

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Working, Jobs and Related Rights, Welfare & Pensions. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Employee rights
  • Contract and working hours
  • Workplace conflict
  • Safety in the workplace
  • Holidays, time off, sick leave, maternity and paternity leave
  • Trade unions and worker rights
  • Personal and stakeholder pensions
  • Disability pensions
  • Retirement income arrangement

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Working, Jobs and Related Rights, Welfare & Pensions” should be selected during your submission.
