Special Issue on Plant Tissue Culture

Plant Tissue Culture is a collection of techniques used to maintain or grow plant cells, tissues or organs under sterile conditions on a nutrient culture medium of known composition. Plant tissue culture is widely used to produce clones of a plant in a method known as micropropagation.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring plant tissue culture. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Plant tissue culture technology
• Choice of explants, tissue culture medium and condition
• Protoplast fusion, haploid and polyploidy
• Genetic transformation
• Plant regeneration and cell totipotency
• Cases of plant tissue culture
• Applications and prospect
• Problems and limitation

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Plant Tissue Culture” should be selected during your submission.
