Special Issue on Research on Hydro-Ecological Modeling

The challenge of improving hydrometeorological forecasts and the need for accurate projections of hydrological impacts due to climate change has initiated the development of novel, fully two-way coupled atmospheric-hydrologic modeling systems by various research groups around the world. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of research on hydro-ecological modeling.

In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore research on hydro-ecological modeling. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Marsh hydrological models
• The glacier hydrological models
• Atmospheric-hydrological modeling 
• Underground hydrological models
• Ocean hydrological models
• Permafrost hydrology model 
• The soil hydrological model
• Application of hydro-ecological modeling

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Research on Hydro-ecological Modeling” should be selected during your submission.
