Special Issue on Neurophysiology

As a branch of physiology and neuroscience, neurophysiology is a diagnostic specialty concerned with recording and interpreting electrical signals from the nervous system. The primary tools of basic neurophysiological research include electrophysiological recordings such as patch clamp and calcium imaging, as well as some of the common tools of molecular biology.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on neurophysiology. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Molecular neurophysiology
• Cellular neurophysiology
• Systemic neurophysiology
• Clinical Neurophysiology
• Functional neuromorphology
• Neuropharmacology
• Neurochemistry
• Neuromuscular physiology
• Medical aspects of neurophysiology

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Neurophysiology” should be chosen during your submission.
