Special Issue on Nonlinear Mechanics
Nonlinear Mechanics is widely applied in mechanical, structural, civil, aeronautical, ocean, electrical, and control systems. It aims at geometric nonlinearity and physical nonlinearity of physical object. For example, mechanical behavior and measurements of micro flow and micro/nano scale devices, complex flows which involves chemical reactions, the prediction of industrial or natural disasters, etc. As one of most innovative interdiscipline in physics, nonlinear mechanics is of great attractions to researchers.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring nonlinear mechanics. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Multi-scale mechanics
-
Multi-scale correlation
-
Nonlinear behaviors of fluid motion
-
Dynamics and control theory of multi-scale complex flow
-
Nonlinear mechanical properties in the deformation, damage and failure of solid
-
Nonlinear problems in material and environmental systems
-
Non-linear problems in elasticity, plasticity, dynamics and vibrations
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Nonlinear Mechanics” should be chosen during your submission.
