Special Issue on Vegetable
This special issue on “Vegetable” will be focusing on the latest development in plant
sciences and technology. A vegetable is a plant that is cultivated for an
edible part, such as the leaf of spinach, the root of the carrot, or the stem
of celery. Vegetables contain a variety of nutrition, such as vitamins, provitamins,
dietary minerals, carbohydrates and so on. Cultivation of vegetable is quite
important to meet the need of market. Now the research on vegetable is more and
more popular. The goal of this special issue is to provide a
platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share,
and discuss various new issues and developments in this area of vegetable.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on
exploring vegetable. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not
limited to:
