Special Issue on Adsorption Science and
Technology
Adsorption is present in many natural, physical, biological,
and chemical systems, and adsorption operations employing solids such as
activated carbon and synthetic resins are used widely in industrial
applications and for purification of waters and wastewaters. It is important to
harness the power of adsorption in batting modern chemical hazards. Some solids
are ideal for adsorption with which they have a lot of surface area for their
volume. Nowadays, the adsorption science
and technology has become a useful tool for purification and separation.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring adsorption science and technology. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:
-
CO2 capture/separation technology
-
Adsorbent materials
-
Adsorption capacity and kinetics testing
-
Adsorption simulations and optimization
-
Applications of adsorption
-
Adsorption technology
-
Desorption technology
Authors
should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please
kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is
supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Adsorption Science and Technology” should be chosen during your submission.
