Special Issue on Malnutrition

This special issue on “Malnutrition” will be focusing on the latest development in food and nutrition sciences. Malnutrition, caused by an improper or insufficient diet, includes two aspects of nutritional deficiencies or lack and over nutrition. The WHO has reported hunger and related malnutrition as the greatest threat to the world’s public health. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in this area of malnutrition.

In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore malnutrition. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

•  Pathogeny: fed improperly, poor eating habits, and disease factors
•  Clinical manifestation: emaciation and edema
•  Diagnosis and therapy of malnutrition
•  Dietary practices
•  Major causes of malnutrition
•  Food security

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly note that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title should be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Malnutrition” should be selected during your submission.
