Special Issue on Law and Development
Law and development is an interdisciplinary
study that explores the impact of law, legal frameworks, and legal
institutions. It examines the relation between law and development and analyzes
how to use law as an instrument to promote economic and social development. The
goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and
academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new
issues and developments in the area of Law and Development.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring Law and
