Special Issue on Law and Human Behavior


Law refers to a code of conduct formulated or approved by the state in accordance with the interests of the ruling class and guaranteed to be implemented by the state's law force. The law can not only regulate people's behavior, but also regulate people's relationships. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Law and Human Behavior.


In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Law and Human Behavior. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:


  • Relationships between human behavior and the law
  • Behavioral law and economics
  • Institutions, legislation and human behavior
  • Behavioral jurisprudence
  • Mental health law
  • Behavioral international law
  • Juvenile justice and delinquency
  • Human behavior and the law of work
  • Legal behavior and illegal behavior
  • Law, emotions, and behavioral biology


Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.


Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Law and Human Behavior” should be selected during your submission.
