Planning and Development covers infrastructure for education, health, justice,
solid waste, markets, street pavements and cultural heritage protection. It
draws upon engineering, architectural, and social and political concerns. The
goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and
academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new
issues and developments in the area of Urban Planning and Development.
