Special Issue on Petroleum and Oilfield Engineering
Petroleum
engineering is primarily concerned with the economic extraction of oil, gas and
other natural resources from the earth. This is accomplished through the
design, drilling and operation of wells and well systems, and the integrated
management of the underground reservoirs in which the resources are found. The
goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and
academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new
issues and developments in the area of Petroleum
and Oilfield Engineering.
In this
special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original
research and review articles that explore Petroleum
and Oilfield Engineering. In this special issue, potential topics include,
but are not limited to:
-
Petroleum
geostatistics
-
