Special Issue on Educational Psychology


Educational psychology is a field of study that focuses on understanding how people learn and develop in educational settings. It involves applying psychological theories and research to inform teaching practices, curriculum design, and educational interventions. Educational psychologists seek to understand and address the diverse cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioral factors that influence learning and academic achievement. They examine topics such as learning theories, cognitive processes, motivation, intelligence, memory, assessment, instructional design, classroom management, and individual differences. The goal of educational psychology is to enhance the teaching and learning process by providing evidence-based strategies and interventions that support optimal educational outcomes for learners of all ages and abilities.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Educational Psychology. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Learning theories and instructional design
  • Cognitive development and learning
  • Social and emotional development in education
  • Motivation and learning
  • Teacher stress and coping
  • Intelligence and individual differences

  • Cross-cultural and multicultural education

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Educational Psychology should be chosen during your submission.
