    Special Issue on Law, Justice, Liberty and Equality

    Equality means that social subjects are in the same position in social relations and social life, also have the same development opportunities, and enjoy the same rights. Equality often refers to equality of personality, equality of opportunity, equality of rights and so on. Equality is not about achieving an absolute average. The equality of class society mainly refers to the equality of the subject's social status. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Law, Justice, Liberty and Equality.

    In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Law, Justice, Liberty and Equality. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Distributive justice
    • Criminal justice
    • Socialism
    • Civil liberties and free will
    • Political freedom and real freedom
    • Positive liberty and negative liberty
    • Political egalitarianism
    • Suffrage
    • Freedom of speech
    • Equal opportunity

    Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

    Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Law, Justice, Liberty and Equality” should be selected during your submission.
