    Special Issue on Green Building & Sustainability


    Sustainable building is the pursuit of reducing environmental load, combining with the environment, and conducive to the health of residents. Its purpose is to reduce energy consumption, save water, reduce pollution, protect the environment, protect ecology, protect health, improve productivity and benefit future generations. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Green Building & Sustainability.


    In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Green Building & Sustainability. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:


    • Sustainable design and construction
    • Siting and structure design efficiency
    • Green building energy and environmental
    • Green building materials
    • Arcology
    • Healthy building
    • Indoor environmental quality (IEQ)
    • Buildings and health components
    • Low-energy house
    • Green Building Rating System



    Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.


    Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Green Building & Sustainability” should be selected during your submission.
