Special Issue on Geography and Geomorphology

Geomorphology is the study of landforms, their processes, form and sediments at the surface of the Earth (and sometimes on other planets). Study includes looking at landscapes to work out how the earth surface processes, such as air, water and ice, can mould the landscape. Landforms are produced by erosion or deposition, as rock and sediment is worn away by these earth-surface processes and transported and deposited to different localities. The different climatic environments produce different suites of landforms. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Geography and Geomorphology.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Geography and Geomorphology. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Maps, remote Sensing, and GIS
    • Physical geography
    • Coastal geography
    • Geospatial informatics
    • Environmental geography
    • Regional geography

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Geography and Geomorphology” should be chosen during your submission.

    According to the following timetable:
