Profile Details

Bashar Malkawi is Global Professor of Law at University of Arizona, where he teaches in the OUC-UA legal program. He teaches American common law, legal writing, procedure, and international trade. Bashar Malkawi received his S.J.D from American University, Washington College of Law, and LLM in International Trade Law from University of Arizona. He is well-versed in teaching and providing legal advice with 20+ years' experience in private and public sectors. Previously, Bashar Malkawi taught at universities in Jordan, UAE, and Italy. At the University of Sharjah, he has been Dean and Head of the Law School for the last four years.
