Special Issue on Viticulture & Enology
Enology is the science and study of all aspects of wine and winemaking except vine-growing and grape-harvesting, which form a subfield called viticulture. "Viticulture & Enology" is a common designation for training programmes and research include both the "outdoors" and "indoors" aspects of wine production.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring viticulture & enology. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Viticulture & Enology” should be selected during your submission.
