Special Issue on Counselling and Psychotherapy Research
Counselling and Psychotherapy Research is an academic area that focuses on
investigating the effectiveness, outcomes, and processes involved in counseling
and psychotherapy interventions. It aims to generate evidence-based knowledge
and understanding of therapeutic approaches, techniques, and interventions.
This field explores the effectiveness of different therapeutic modalities,
client outcomes, therapist competence, factors influencing therapy, and methods
of improving counseling and psychotherapy practice. Research in this area
contributes to the development and enhancement of evidence-based practices in
the field of psychotherapy and counseling.
