Special Issue on Quality Management Research
Quality management ensures that an organization, product or service is consistent. It has four
main components: quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and
quality improvement. Quality management is focused not only on product and
service quality, but also on the means to achieve it. Quality management,
therefore, uses quality assurance and control of processes as well as products
to achieve more consistent quality.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on quality management research. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.

under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Quality Management
Research” should be chosen during your submission.
