Special Issue on Applications of Mathematics Calculation
and Modeling in Geosciences
Mathematical geosciences or Computational geosciences is the application of mathematics on the geosciences. It is a new application of computer based technology in geophysics researches. Computational Geosciences covers mathematical modeling, simulation, numerical analysis, and other computational applications on geosciences. Mathematical Geosciences covers many different topics related to the earth, oceans, and atmosphere, which all belongs to the very wide field of geophysical fluid dynamics.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring applications of mathematics Calculation and modeling in Geosciences. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Application of mathematics in geology
-
Application of mathematics in geography
-
Application of mathematics in geochemistry
-
Application of mathematics in geophysics
-
Application of mathematics in mining
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Application of Mathematics Calculation and Modeling in Geosciences” should be chosen during your submission.
