Special Issue on Functional Linguistics
Functional linguistics is a linguistic
approach that focuses on the study of language as a system of meaning. It
investigates how language functions in different contexts of use, emphasizing
the relationship between language and its social and cultural contexts.
Functional linguistics analyzes language as a resource for communication and
meaning-making, examining the patterns and structures in texts and discourses. The
goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and
academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new
issues and developments in the area of Functional Linguistics.
