  ABSTRACT: Building inclusive financial system in China makes microfinance products become practical tools in solving financial difficulties of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Discuss general management risk of microfinance under effective credit structure and then analyze the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in microfinance management from the perspective of project management effectiveness.
