ABSTRACT: The study aims to test the impact of organizational commitment factors on
the business performance of self-employed enterprises in the context of digital
transformation in Vinh city, Nghe An province, Vietnam. Using quantitative
research methods through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and multiple
regression model analysis, the research results show that all three components
of employee commitment to the organization are have a positive impact on
business performance. In which, the order of impact is determined as: norm-based commitment, emotional
commitment and finally calculation-based commitment. From
there, the study proposes a number of solutions to strengthen employees’
commitment to the organization in order to improve business performance in
enterprises.
