ABSTRACT: The construction of teachers’ morality has always been the focus of education.
It is of positive significance to understand the current situation of teachers’
morality in universities. However, teachers and students may have different
understandings of the connotation and current situation of teachers’ morality.
Therefore, the self-designed Questionnaire
of Teachers’ Morality for
students and teachers is used to understand the current situation of teachers’
morality in universities from different perspectives of teachers and students
and conduct comparative researchers. The results showed that the total average
score and each dimension score of teachers’ self-evaluation were significantly
higher than those of students. Based on the research results, the future
education work can promote the construction of teachers’ morality in the
aspects of perfecting the management mechanism, optimizing the effective
evaluation tools, strengthening the construction of a benign relationship
between teachers and students.
