ABSTRACT: High dismissal has reduced hiring in job creation. This is why temporary contracting has been used as a technique to overcome these business reluctances. However, this objective has not been fulfilled. Indeed quite the opposite in fact as the labour market has generally become precarious. The ultimate outcome is a widened inequality gap and workers’ poverty.
