Abstract: In this paper, the writer starts from two unusual phenomena in two famous tourism towns in China, explains the chance and status of the development of tourism real estate, analyzes the developing predicaments of the tourism town which brought by the expanding of tourism real estate under the background of grand tourism. The writer tries to give some suggestions to lead the progress of tourism town under the guidelines of planning.
