Abstract: As the underground space is closed, the lack of a sense of direction and other spatial characteristics, and operation of underground space environment depends on the lifeline, the underground space of disaster has its characteristics different from other urban disasters. This paper, based on the results of disaster research in Japan, explores the underground fire, flood prevention ideas and measures, and according to the real project experience, discusses the latest planning and design trends of underground space from disaster prevention direction.
