Abstract: The government in Hong Kong has resolved successfully the housing problems of the general public especially for low-income people by the two-tier housing supply system, which has an important role and attains the target of macro control on the housing market. By analyzing the experience of Hong Kong, it is better to realize the problems of housing supply system at current stage in China, and finally puts forward the relevant strategies.
