Abstract: The quality and security of routing protocols becomes an important factor of measuring network performance owing to the nature of multi-hop and Self-organization in Wireless Mesh networks, which is regarded as the wireless version of Internet. The paper proposes a kind of secure multi-path routing protocol based on link quality. This protocol is on the basis of DSR protocol, and takes the methods of neighbor node authentication, secure probability routing metric and multi-path transmission. It well ensures the security of routing protocol besides providing load balancing and improving the overall throughput.
