The effective practice of enterprise should rely on person-organization fit, which means the match between person and organization, this paper manage to throw light on our business by the study on Huawei’s management practice on P-O fit, for one thing, suitable values should be hold by our organization, for another thing, to let it drive person’s behavior organization should provide consistent communication and other way such as “Chinese idea while western standard”.
