Abstract: |
Considering the economy, technology, culture and resource environment of Lanzhou, the conceptual model of Lanzhou innovative city is put forward based on its resource advantages. And then a network system of Lanzhou innovative city is constructed, in which there are three circles: the agricultural circle as the foundation, the industry circle as a bridge, and the business circle as the core. Finally, some safeguards from the perfection of government mechanism and talent training mechanism and the advocacy and training of creative consciousness are suggested for construction of Lanzhou innovative city.
