Chinese management problem in recent years, is the focus of research, from the academic history of five thousand years of the national culture of mining in the theory of management innovation to emerge in endlessly, but as Chinese management is an important part of the management strategy of art, yet can have deep research. In the study, on the basis of the first Chinese management strategy is the art of youdao, general, the futility of humanistic thinking of the project, and the variation of the doctrine of the mean, the humanities, and overall consideration into eight aspects, this paper systematically explores the basic principle of Chinese art.
