Abstract: Using RS and GIS methods to analyze Jiangxia 1995, 2005 remote sensing image data, extract information of land-use change. Under the principal component analysis, we obtained the Jiangxia land-use change humanities and social driving forces: economic development, urbanization and agricultural development. Using the multiple regression model, GDP, per capita net income of farmers, output of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, housing construction completed area are with a negative correlation between cultivated land, are the main impact factors of cultivated land reduction. GDP, per capita net income of farmers, output of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, housing construction completed area are with a positive correlation between built-up area cultivated land, are the major impact factors of built-up area increasing.
