Abstract: Drinking water is an important natural resource, its development, utilization, and its cycle is an important ecosystem. Based on the ecological Economy management theory, this paper develop a model of ecological economy management for city’s drinking water source, the main contents include economic attributes and management, and environmental protection of water resources. On this basis, actions of the government, enterprises and residents in water conservation behavior characteristics were analyzed.
