Abstract: |
The article introduces a Rotating Packed Bed which can be used in flue gas desulfurization, and its structure and operating principle. The device are constituted by several parts, such as rotating packed bed, gear pump, water ring vaccum pump, refrigerating and heating machine, control panel. The mass transfer- reaction process of removing SO2 with aqueous ammonium hydrogen carbonate intensified by rotating cross-flow packed bed was analysised. The device with a small size, light weight, high performance, low cost, and many other advantages, is developing tendency of desulphuration process.
