Abstract: According to the operation conditions of the power unit ， many factors in technology-economy-environment are considered，the energy cost non-energy cost and environmental pollution cost are calculated，the mathematical model of the comprehensive evaluation index of economical operation in coal-fired power plant is built，and taking the domestic 600 MW unit in coal-fired power plant as an example，the comprehensive evaluation index of economical operation in coal-fired power plant is analyzed and calculated in this paper。
