Abstract: This article first makes objective and realistic analysis and appraise to the specialty status of the information management and information systems from three aspects about the specialty position ,the course system construction , the laboratory and the training base construction. Point out the questions in training students. Secondly, through the analysis and comparison between the students' cultivation way and market employment situation. suggests that practice teaching method should be rounded five aspects about basic practice ability training, professional practice ability training ,integration capability training, team spirit training and laboratory construction. The article especially explains several forms and methods about training the students’ professional practice ability as well as the important function of instructing teacher in training students.
